Job Description
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the operational and financial performance of the asset.
Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
Identify and assess risks to business performance, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors to ensure operational resilience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or any related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, with a focus on business performance analysis, strategic planning, or operations management.
Proficient in data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools to extract insights and drive informed decision[1]making.
Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices pertaining to upstream oil & gas operations.
Understanding of risk management principles, risk assessment techniques, and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
