Job Summary
As our recruitment intern, you'll join our dynamic and supportive Human Resources team. Leveraging your enthusiasm for learning and a keen eye for detail, you'll assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, gaining valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR practices.
Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website) and manage incoming applications.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring they meet basic qualifications, and assist in conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability for roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and logistics efficiently.
Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
