Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruitment Officer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisements.
Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment roles.
4 - 15 years work experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
