Objective
Recruitment officer is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring new employees in a range of industries.
Responsibilities
Attracting candidates by promoting job opportunities using social media and other tactics.
Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position.
Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet qualifications for the position.
Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job.
Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as logging application forms/cvs, organizing recruitment timetables, arranging interviews, interview tests and distributing interview packs and shortlisting to interviewees/panels.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Provide constructive feedback to candidates after liaison with interviewees.
Coordinate handover of new employees to relevant HR team member.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree/HND in any field.
1-3 years and above experience.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Excellent communication skills.
Good decision-making skills.
