Position Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional talent for various roles within the organization, including real estate agents, administrative staff, and marketing professionals.
This position requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry to effectively identify and engage qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy - Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and company culture.
Job Postings & Advertising - Create engaging job descriptions and manage postings on relevant job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms to maximize visibility and candidate interest.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, direct outreach, and referrals, to identify potential candidates, especially in the competitive real estate market.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, providing timely feedback throughout the process.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and fostering a positive candidate experience that reflects our brand values.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate evaluation and selection processes.
Market Research & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and talent market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports to analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Employer Branding Initiatives: Assist in promoting our employer brand through content creation, participation in job fairs, and engagement in community events to enhance visibility and attract top talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, with familiarity in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software and tools.

Salary & Benefits

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly and comprehensive benefits package, including health,(HMO).
