Reefer Power Technician

Key Responsibilities:


Connect and monitor reefer containers, ensuring correct temperature settings
Operate and maintain power systems including UPS, inverters, solar power, and generator/public supply switching
Identify and report malfunctions or power issues promptly
Conduct pre-trip inspections and download reefer data when required
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment


Qualifications & Experience:


Trade Test, OND, HND, or BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience with reefer operations and power systems (UPS, inverters, solar)
Knowledge of power switching between generators and public supply
Strong focus on quality and electrical safety standards
Familiarity with international electrical standards
