Our client, a renowned restaurant in Abuja, known for its exceptional culinary offerings and outstanding customer service, is opening a new outlet in Nyanya, Abuja, and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage and motivate staff to ensure the highest level of service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must hold a BA/B.Sc/HND
