Job Description
DrugWell Pharmcies Ltd. is looking to engage the services of an Experienced Retail Accountant  with experience in managing Multi-branch Inventory & Sales .
The ideal candidate should be Smart , Energetic , organized and detail-oriented.  
Key Functions of the Role: 
The Primary reponsibilities will include but not limited to the following :

Inventory / Stock management  control across multiple branches 
Daily Posting of Sales and Expenses transactions
Vendor account management & reconciliation
Reporting of financial transactions and requested by management.
Updating and filing cash and transfer payment Vouchers with supporting documents.
Maintain Fixed asset register and asset valuation.
Maintain and organize the physical filing of source documents.
Preparation of the Monthly Payroll and Sales report
Preparation and filing of statutory payments and taxes.
Monitor office expenses, imprest and reconciliation.
Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Coordinate monthly Stock counting, and reconciliation.
Bank statement reconciliation.

Educational Requirements

Min of HND / B.Sc. in Finance/Accounting or other related fields

Experience:

Min of 3 years of experience working as an Accountant or similar role
Retail experience is compulsory.
Preference will be giving to candidates residing in or close to the mainland.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and office filing management
Ability to work with accounting software or ERP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
Skills to operate common office equipment .

Renumerations:
200k - 250k  / Month + Performance incentive + HMO
