Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and address them in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
Overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the sales process and achieve win-win outcomes.
Ensure that a reasonable percentage of customer inquiries are converted into orders that will be profitable to the company.
Process all purchase orders that come from assigned customer accounts and send order confirmation with the expected date of delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Place cold calls to customers and prospects to generate sales meetings.
Up to date and accurate management of the ERP as it relates to the sales, to enhance the successful closure of deals.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Science Laboratory Technology, or any other science-related courses is required.
Previous experience in the quality laboratory Industry as a sales executive
3-5 years cognate working experience in a Sales / Business Development role.
Good Listening and Communication Skills
Ability to successfully set up meetings and perform cold calls.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and ability to present concepts in an understandable form.
Proven effective judgement and reasoning.
