We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Sales Executive to become part of our team. The perfect applicant should demonstrate a proven history of successfully closing deals and achieving sales objectives in the real estate industry, with a particular emphasis on land and property transactions. This position requires full-time presence at our Salem, Lagos office, and housing is not provided.

Core Responsibilities:


Proactively identify prospects, negotiate terms, and finalize sales of land and buildings.
Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
Comprehend client requirements and offer customized real estate solutions.
Work in tandem with the sales team and management to reach individual and organizational sales targets.
Remain current on market trends and property availability within the Lagos Branch.
Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions.
Support marketing initiatives as needed to bolster sales objectives.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, particularly with land and building transactions.
Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is highly beneficial.
