Job Description
The job is to support the Sales & Distribution team in activities to increase subscriber base for Airtel Services in the assigned region with the aim of increasing revenue and Wallet users, count, Work closely with the S&D team and alert them of any potential business opportunities for additional sales within key clients.
Coordinating all Agent management activities within the territory (recruitment, replacement, training, on-boarding, monitoring, trade asset, trade collateral, branding)
Drive compliance to regulation and Agent agreement
Drive and track Agent activity and performance
First point of call for issue resolution
Coordinating Agent engagement across area of coverage (Quarterly agent forum/meetings)
Coordinating market activations / market storms across the different communities within area of coverage to drive public awareness of the channel
Driving knowledge sharing sessions across branches
Conducting market research on unique/ bespoke products required to drive adoption of the Agent Channel
