Job Description


The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving company revenue goals. 
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, team leadership, and direct client interaction.


Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and customer status.
Lead the sales team in identifying business opportunities and effectively closing sales deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
Preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Conduct account maintenance, inquiry calls, outside sales calls, concierge visits, and varied sales activities.
Develop market and competitive analysis, pricing schedules, forecasts, promotional plus advertising requirements.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels i.e social media and physically (road shows, sales events, trade shows etc.)
Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing activities
Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on sales and marketing-related matters.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5 - 7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience in FMCG Industry.
Track record of building successful sales strategies from the ground up.
Experience in B2B, B2C.
Strong Analytical thinking skill & excellent communication.
