Job Requirements

Must possess B.Sc / HND, OND, NCE in any discipline.
1 - 2 years years prior Experience in  Insurance sales or banking  is required 
CIIN Proficiency certificate is an Added advantage 
Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities 
Good Presentation skill 
Ability to recruit, build, train and motivate a Team.
A creative, forward thinker
Good analytical , problem-solving skill and written interpersonal skills.
Must be expressive and know how to make business sales pitch.
Know how to handle objections and close deals.
 Generate quality leads and must have a high conversion dexterity.
Smart, vibrant young men and women with minimum of 30 years of age.

Salary / Benefits

 N71,500 - N150,000 monthly.
