We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager ( furniture and cabinets) to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the cabinet-making or woodworking industry.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to guide the sales team in achieving revenue targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the cabinet-making factory sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Develop and implement a sales forecasting system to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for senior management.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cabinet-making and woodworking industry.
Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and training to effectively promote our offerings.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with production, design, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Budget Management:

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

Experience:
Proven experience in sales management in the real estate market, preferably in the cabinet-making or woodworking industry.
