Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for one of our clients in the flexible packaging industry, a suitable candidate as a SALES MANAGER who will play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals and expanding market presence.
The ideal candidate will maintain a compendium of product brochures depicting the various packaging solutions for various products across the industries assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the Flexible Packaging industry. 
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
Coordinate with corporate advertising agencies to ensure that the creatives in the brochures can assist in the sales efforts.
Coordinate with the tariffs and pricing section to request price adjustments based on market price elasticity to ensure continued patronage.
Observe work hours and monitor sales staff to ensure they perform their duties and responsibilities in achieving the target sales objectives
Utilize your technical knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. 
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new markets, channels, and partnerships to drive expansion. 
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualification/Skills required to fill this role

Minimum of Master’s Degree or MBA 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should have complete knowledge of Flexible or other packaging solutions that appeal to the market and how they can enhance products and services
Should have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience
Should have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.
