EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bsc. or HND in any field with minimum of three (3-4) year’s experience
Extensive Marketing Experience (preferably in the paints resins and alykd industry)
Computer proficiency (including Microsoft word and excel)
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Establish budgets and marketing objectives
Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
Prepare periodic sales report
Build and maintain relationships with distributors
Maintain a keen understanding of the industry and economic trends affecting consumers and make appropriate recommendations
