Key Responsibilities


Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through corporate organizations, government agencies, religious bodies, and other strategic partners.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and setting clear performance expectations.
Develop and execute a sales-driven business plan that ensures continuous customer acquisition and increased market share.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement business development programs and partnerships to generate consistent sales and enhance brand positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates through targeted campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams to develop a compelling go-to-market strategy that maximizes revenue opportunities.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.


Qualifications and Skills


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4 / 5 years experience with a proven track record in sales generation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills to secure high-value partnerships and contracts.
Ability to identify high-potential sales opportunities and leverage partnerships for increased profitability.
