Key Duties


Showcase, promote and market our products/services
Conduct cost-benefit and needs assessments of existing/potential clients to address their requirements

Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling
Swiftly address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Meet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes
Synchronize sales efforts with team members and other departments
Evaluate the territory/market's potential, monitor sales and status reports
Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends
Continuously enhance performance through feedback.
