JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Identify and target potential clients including schools, companies, and associations.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, companies, and associations.
Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the benefits of our high-end dental procedures.

Deal Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate and close high-end procedure deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Zoom36 Dental Care.
 Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs of each client.

Market Analysis:

  Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Analyse sales data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the procedures offered and their benefits.

Client Follow-Up

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
 Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Business Manager.
Track and report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
Traveling is required for client meetings and presentations.
Flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules.
