Location: Ikeja / Fagba, Lagos

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. 
    You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
    You will have the opportunity to represent a brand known for its quality and effectiveness in the skin hair and babycare market.

Responsibilities

    Promote and sell all our products to prospective and existing customers.
    Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
    Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    Continuously improve through feedback.
    Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
    Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
    Collect and report customer feedback and market insights.
    Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products.
    Participate in sales training and development programs.

Requirements

    Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience in Sales.
    Experience in the skincare / self care & lifestyle sector is a plus!

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
