Job Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for AirCo's oxygen plant.
Success in this role entails increasing sales volume, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
This position is crucial for AirCo’s objective to enhance its market presence and ensure the availability of medical oxygen to healthcare and non-healthcare facilities in need.

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities should be based on OKRs and tied to the company's objectives and key results
Identify and target potential customers including medical and non-healthcare facilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with customers to close sales.
Provide feedback to the production and operations teams to align supply with customer demand.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote AirCo’s products and services.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience:

3 - 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical supply industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills And Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, sales and reporting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Work Environment:

This position will involve regular visits to the field and customer sites.
