Job Summary

We’re looking to expand our  sales team with  results-driven sales representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at our  Aspamda Tradefair(Ojo)  Sales Outlets.

Job Description

Present, promote and sell the company's products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through calls,E-channels,social media and visits

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyse market potential, track sales and write status reports within catchment areas

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Awareness of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback  

Experience in sales and an understanding of the sales process and dynamics would be an added advantage

Honesty and  Integrity

The ability to drive and possession of a current drivers license would be an added advantage
