Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and improving the company’s sales activities, increasing revenue growth & market share by generating new business opportunities.
Responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiating contracts with clients
Job Duties
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote company programs.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintain client’s records.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on current and new business prospects and client and work activities to the team lead / management.
Generate leads and business opportunities and ensure their conversation lead to actual sales to meet sales target.
Prepare business proposals and presentations for new and existing Clients.
Update and maintain a continuous internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
Keep abreast of competitor activities, products, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Utilize CRM tools to efficiently manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Actively gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product Management, to address client needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
4 –7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is often required.
Training/Certifications required.
Proficiency in effective sales strategies and techniques.
Skills in negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
Understanding of market trends and opportunities.
Updated knowledge of products and industry trends.
