Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with all the industry influencers and key strategic partners nationwide
Increase the visibility and market share of the company’s brand nationwide
Visit the markets regularly to secure market intelligence, especially information on the goods that are in demand, the prices and activities of competitors and other necessary details required to develop a workable strategy.
Represent the company at industry-related meetings/seminars/networking programs to promote the company’s products.
Manage the performance of the sales & marketing team.
Oversee the weekly strategy meetings, guide the preparation of marketing activity reports and present reports to Executive Management regularly.
Meet with key clients and assist the sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Facilitate the relationship between the sales & marketing department and other sales-related units (showroom).
Develop and manage the sales team’s annual budget.
Review and analyze sales performances against projections and work with HR to overhaul the staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the sales team
Requirements:
MBA/BSc. in Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
Strong networks in the building construction industry.
Must be self-motivated, have some background in e-commerce sales, and possess creative selling and online marketing skills.
High-level strategic thinking and implementation skills.
Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
