Responsibilities
Provide friendly & comfortable atmosphere for clients
Handle clients enquires, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Requirements and skills
OND, HND/B.Sc in any related field
1-2 years of working experience in a similar role
Knowledge on MS office
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Must reside close to the job location
