Assist The Chief Security Officer (CSO) In:
Implement appropriate safety and security measures in line with regulatory standards and measures and as determined by clients
Regular audit of security equipment and gadget and escalation of identified deficiencies for repairs or replacements
Investigate security incidents, identify problem areas and proactively proffer solutions to manage current occurrences and prevent re-occurrence
Provide intelligence security report to Management through CSO
Physical Security/barriers and Access Control
Coordinate cross-functional team in maintaining vigilance and security of the business units
Initiate safety measures to protect the lives and properties of the business unit
Granting authorized/supervised access to locked and/ or restricted areas by unauthorized personnel is prohibited
Ensure the loading compartment on vehicles driving from the catering facilities to the airport is locked or sealed (protected against tampering
Security Personnel Coordination and Training
Assist The CSO To:
Ensure all security personnel (outsourced and internal) receive instruction on security procedures in their working areas
Monitor the level of compliance with the provisions of the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP) and Newrest Nigeria security programme and other relevant regulatory bodies.
And any other duties that are assigned by the Chief Security Officer
