Job Brief
You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the Company's marketing, sales and product development, customer relations, and branding.
In addition, you will develop appropriate strategies aimed at enhancing the business operations and ensuring that all aspects of the business functional areas are fully integrated to deliver on the Company's mandate
Responsibilities
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
Generate revenue for the company.
Generate new leads and follow up with existing clients.
Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
Implements all marketing and promotional campaigns and plans.
Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company's presence
Design and develop annual marketing plans and proposals for management.
Prepare weekly management activity reports and quarterly board reports.
Evaluate all mortgage applications based on required standards
Liaise with the risk team to ensure the documentation process is adhered to and the company retains proper custody of accurate and valid credit-related documentation.
Oversee non-performing mortgages and meet with relevant stakeholders to discuss best action recovery options.
Any other assignment by supervisor
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or related field. Master's degree in a relevant field too for senior officers is added advantage.
Experience in selling or marketing real estate and other products and services in the sector.
Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
A solid grasp of data analysis and sales strategies
High negotiation skills
Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
Significant Experience in closing deals
