Job Description

In our next step of development to expand our business and presence in the country we are looking for a competent, self-motivated, hardworking and experienced Senior Business Development Manager with an established network in the IT industry.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will act as a bridge between our customers and our business units using a consultative selling strategy to understand the customers’ business, including their current situation and their future direction, and propose a series of solutions and capabilities that exceed their needs and enhance their ability to drive improved business results.
You will be responsible for gaining new business, keeping and growing existing customers as well as guiding junior sales executives.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

Develop services-sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and the achievement of set goals including increased sales, expanding customer base, market share and profitability.
Develop and maintain records of service catalogue and ensure all new or changed services are updated in the service catalogue
Achieve or exceed assigned target
Account management: proactively manage relationships with assigned existing strategic customers, partners and prospects; has accountability for the overall account results and delivery of consistent and superior customer relationship
Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
Keep abreast of economic, industry, market and regulatory trends, ascertain their (potential) impact on the business and advice management
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to retain business and build the company’s reputation
Promptly submit orders and follow through to ensure customer requests are honoured.

Requirements

We are looking to hire a Graduate (with a minimum of First Degree), at least five years’ (B2B) IT selling experience and can demonstrate the following:
