Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior HR Analyst to lead our performance management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance management systems, data analysis, and HR best practices.
This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee performance, support leadership development, and ensure effective evaluation processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management Framework:
Design, implement, and continuously improve the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with leadership to align performance management strategies with organizational goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze performance data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to improve overall employee performance.
Create and present reports for HR and executive leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and opportunities for development.
Training & Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on effective performance management practices and tools.
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure alignment of performance management with employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge employee engagement in the performance management process and recommend enhancements.
Partner with HR Business Partners to address performance-related issues and foster a culture of continuous feedback.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Stay informed of industry best practices and compliance regulations related to performance management.
Ensure performance management processes comply with organizational policies and legal standards.
Project Management:
Lead or participate in HR projects related to performance management and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance overall HR effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, etc ) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, data analysis, or organizational development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in HRIS and performance management software; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
