Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Relevant experience of 12+ years and above
Proficient in Linux Advanced concepts
Good at handling the Linux OS including installation, configuration and patching
Understanding of a variety of technical concepts such as Networking, Linux systems administration, and information security practices
Knowledge of the information security industry and regulatory obligations.
Provisioning, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting various Unix flavours like GNU/Linux b. RedHat c. SusE d. Linux Enterprise server e. Ubuntu.
Deploy and manage web hosting technologies, including Apache/Nginx, MySQL, and PHP.
Experience in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications in Linux (e.g., LPIC, RHCE) are a plus.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with a variety of other enabling teams.
Self-motivated and operates with a high sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.
Ability to automate technical tasks using shell scripting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
