Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of 390 Work. You will be responsible for leading feature development from ideation to launch while aligning product strategies with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities


Lead feature development for the 390 Work ERP platform, guiding the process from ideation to launch.
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and prioritize product features effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Analyze product performance metrics to ensure goals are met and drive continuous improvements.
Oversee product updates, enhancements, and iteration cycles to refine offerings and address user needs


Qualifications


Proven experience (3+ years) as a SaaS Product Manager.
Strong understanding of business operations and ERP systems.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
A passion for solving problems and creating solutions that empower businesses.
Experience working with enterprise-level businesses is preferred.
Familiarity with the Nigerian or African market is a plus.
