We are a QSR company known for Small chops in Nigeria. Currently we have very urgent need for an experienced Senior Store Keeper who shall be responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Managing and overseeing store operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the store.
Ensure implementation of general storekeeping methods and procedures to include ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, delivering, and disposing supplies and equipment
Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily, weekly and monthly counts, rotated and changed by season.
Enforcing exceptional internal customer (Outlets and Central Kitchen) service, setting criteria for staff, establishing security and safety measures, creating emergency and ensuring health and safety compliance
Managing loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies, wastes as a result of expiry, auditing paperwork and inventory levels and appropriately handling broken or damaged items.
Identify current and future Outlets and Central Kitchen requirements by establishing rapport with the Managers.
Provides training and technical instruction or guidance to Storekeepers, Stock Clerks, or other support staff in the Store.
Reviews and evaluates the work performed by Storekeepers, Stock Clerks, or other support staff working in the Store.

Required skills and knowledge

Have at least five years' experience as a Store Supervisor, Senior Store Keeper and experience in leadership
Are able to motivate a team, delegate work fairly, and contribute as a team player
Have a relentless commitment to delivering customer service excellence and building strong customer relationships
Can show knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, and internal customer/departmental relationship management
Have sound knowledge of Food products for a Quick Service Restaurant business
Consistently deliver results and have first-class store management skills
B.sc/HND in Business Administration or other related discipline.
Current or previous experience as Store keeper in a QSR Company is an added advantage.
Are highly organized and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
