As the Service Project Manager, you will own project execution from order to customer acceptance. 
You will be primary contact for the customer during project execution. 
You will ensure customer satisfaction and coordinating with staff as appropriate to deliver successful project completion. 

As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 

Being responsible for delivery of equipment and the execution team to deliver a successful outages, upgrade and contract service agreement (CSA). 
Translating contract into detailed project plans while guiding internal execution to meet project targets. 
Supporting site team to manage the project schedule to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, control risk and enhance project profitability. 
Identifying opportunities to expand the project to bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements. 
Providing continuous communication to customer concerning site status to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. 
Striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction & HSE to become trusted advisor to customers.

To be successful in this role you will: 

Have a bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering / Project Management or equivalent. 
Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or background field. 
Have significant experience of Field Services, with a focus on oil & gas and power generation segments. 
Have proven leadership skills—ownership mentality a must. 
Be proficient in English, Italian is a plus. 
Be Customer Service Oriented.
