Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the shop floor (e.g., restaurant, café, lounge, bakery, or retail space).
Ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of customer orders.
Assign duties and supervise front-line staff including cashiers, waiters, and floor assistants.
Ensure staff maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and dress code.
Conduct daily briefings and monitor punctuality, performance, and attitude.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure guests are welcomed, served courteously, and their expectations are exceeded.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure cash and POS transactions are accurate.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotions and upselling techniques.
Monitor stock levels of consumables, packaging, and supplies.
Ensure timely restocking and report shortages or excesses to the appropriate departments.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
B.Sc Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Public health or a related field.
