Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and marketing effectiveness.
Create, curate and schedule posts on the Twitter page
Monitor social media trends and leverage them to improve engagement and reach.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Plan and execute Twitter marketing campaigns, including giveaways and partnerships.
Work with the marketing team to integrate Twitter into broader campaigns.
Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand partners for visibility.
Requirement
Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
At least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms and strategies.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience in content management and creative content creation.
