We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager for a client that runs an event centre. The Social Media Manager will promote the company’s brand and products online and creatively connect with the business’s target audience through various social media platforms and digital channels to drive growth.
Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for content creation for the company’s digital channels and managing all company social media handles.
Drive online sales of company products through social media channels. Build trust relationships with customers with relevant and valuable content.
Job Responsibilities
Promote company brand and products online and creatively connect with our target audience through various digital channels to drive growth
Delight customers with relevant, valuable content that educates and keeps them informed
Post product pictures on social media
Share valuable product offers with customers
Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management
Work closely to share ideas and strategies on how to improve the business with management
Increase company’s online visibility, awareness and protect its reputation
Use insights and performance metrics to increase market penetration and brand equity.
Requirements
OND / HND / BSc in a relevant discipline
2 - 3 digital marketing/social media management experience
Digital/Social Media Marketing training and certification is an advantage
Creativity, Drive, initiative, and flexibility
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Sales-driven, result-driven, and target-driven attitude
In-depth knowledge of content creation and management on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram, Tiktok , etc.,
Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different mediums – graphics, videos, Reels, etc.,
Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot, photoshop, etc.,
Candidate must live close to the job location.
