Job Summary: 

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the salon's social media strategy.
This includes creating engaging content, growing our online community, and driving traffic to our services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that reflect the salon's brand and services.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
Community Management:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive online community and encourage customer engagement.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
Strategy and Analytics:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the salon.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Salon Manager and other team members to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, photoshoots, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the beauty or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
