We are seeking two (2) enthusiastic and highly-skilled Social Media Specialists who are not just users of social media, but true digital natives.

As a Social Media Specialist at Shades of Sam, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, producing compelling content, and fostering dynamic conversations that elevate our brand and connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and drives engagement, reach, and growth.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
Performance Analysis: Utilize social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate insights, and optimize content and strategy for maximum impact.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by constantly monitoring social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Research and Insights: Conduct thorough research to support content development, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects with demonstrated success in growing followers and engagement.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
Strong skills in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and basic video editing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for creative storytelling.
Ability to conduct research and apply findings to enhance content and strategy.
Passion for entertainment, education, and building online communities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
2years + in a social media management role or equivalent experience through demonstrated expertise in personal/professional social media presence.
Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platform insights).
