Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Managersto join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling solar products such as inverters, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and solar panels, with a deep understanding of PV (Photovoltaic) solar systems.
You will be responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy market.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective clients.
Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the solar energy sector.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
5 - 9 years of work experience.
Proven experience in sales of solar products, including inverters, UPS, and solar panels.
Strong technical understanding of PV (Photovoltaic) solar energy systems and components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
