He is to provide high-level administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Group Managing Director. This is with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information, often acting as a representative for the individual they support. 


The Responsibilities include the followings:

Administrative and Support:

Managing schedules and appointments:


This includes coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other commitments, often involving complex logistics. 


Handling correspondence and communication:


Drafting emails, memos, and reports, and managing a high volume of communication on behalf of the executive. 


Project management:


Leading or assisting with the implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. 


Meeting preparation and coordination:


Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth execution of meetings. 


Information management:


Maintaining databases, organizing files, and retrieving information as needed. 


Strategic and Support:. 

Policy and strategy support:


Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and strategies. 


Liaison and communication:


Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating on behalf of the executive. 


Problem-solving and decision-making support:


Identifying and addressing problems, recommending solutions, and supporting the executive in making decisions.
