Job Purpose
Program Support

Assist in program implementation by helping to organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, or events.
Conduct community outreach by Engaging with the community to raise awareness about the KAWODI's programs, recruit participants, and gather feedback.
Provide mentorship and tutoring to beneficiaries, particularly in areas such as education, health, or vocational training.

Administrative Support

Data entry and management: Maintain databases, record-keeping, and manage files related to programs and beneficiaries.
Office support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and coordinating meetings.
Document preparation: Help in drafting reports, proposals, or other documents needed by the organization.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization

Organizing Fundraising Events: Assist in planning and executing events to raise funds for the organization's activities.
Grant Writing: Contribute to writing grant proposals or identifying potential funding sources.
Donor Relations: Support the maintenance of relationships with donors through regular updates, thank-you notes, and reports on the impact of their contributions.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Data Collection: Assist in gathering data for monitoring and evaluating the impact of the Organization’s programs in the state
Report Compilation: Help in compiling reports that assess the effectiveness of programs and suggest areas for improvement.
Field Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and engage with beneficiaries.

Networking and Partnership Building

Relationship Building: Help in establishing connections with other NGOs, government agencies, or private sector partners.
Representation: Represent KAWODI at events, meetings, or conferences to build its network and promote its mission.

Essential criteria

Must have a Degree/HND in any field of study from a reputable university
Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
Demonstrate a keen aptitude and appetite for learning and personal development
Demonstrate KAWODI values
Must be a female/resident in the state of application
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to the field.
Computer proficiency (Office software, internet and email)
Prior experience in the development /NGO sector
