Employment Information
Duties
Unload products delivered by truck for verification and transfer products from the receiving area to the storeroom for organization and shelving.
Efficiently arrange the storeroom, maximize space utilization, and properly shelve products.
Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and storeroom.
Prioritize the immediate transfer of all frozen products from the receiving area to the chillers upon delivery (this takes precedence over other tasks at the time of supply).
Determine appropriate reorder stock levels for all products in the store and promptly notify the HOD Store.
Implement the First In First Out (FIFO) method in the arrangement, storage, and redistribution of products in the store.
Gather requisition lists from shop floor attendants and ensure timely delivery of all products requested by various sections.
Carefully monitor all activities in the store and maintain security awareness to prevent theft.
Monitor expiration dates of all products in the store and report soon-to-expire products to HOD Store.
Perform other tasks as assigned by HOD Store.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess an SSCE/OND
Candidates must be male and reside in Lagos.
Applicants must be medically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Age range: 20 to 35 years at the time of engagement.
