Responsibilities

Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, delivering and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies and various types of equipments.
Maintain a daily stock record.
Maintaining a safety stock of all construction work plan.
Prepare a reorder level for all stock with the project work plan.
Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
Coordinates stock movement, handling equipment moving and minor repairs
Oversees mail handling and courier services
Operate simple office machines (which may in some cases include computer assisted inventory)
May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable
Keep records of items purchased and received, or transferred to another location
Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Fills supply requisitions, makes certain that materials supplied to site are of the right quality and quantity
Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
Maintains a steady petty cash float
Send weekly report to the store Head, copying internal control.

Qualification

4 - 6 years work experience.
