Job Summary

The Strategic Partnership & Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with key partners and sponsors.
This role will focus on identifying strategic opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and creating sponsorship packages that align with our organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Partnership Strategies: Design and execute strategic partnership plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and Secure Sponsors: Research, identify, and approach potential sponsors that align with our brand values and mission. Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposals.
Manage Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and sponsors. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with social media, creative and community engagement teams to ensure partnership and sponsorship initiatives are integrated into broader company strategies and campaigns.
Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations for partnership and sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are reached.
Track and Report Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and sponsorships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage partnership and sponsorship activities at events, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Grant Writing: Identify potential grant opportunities, write compelling grant proposals, and manage the grant application process to secure funding for various projects and initiatives.
Grant Management: Monitor and report on the progress of secured grants, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and timely submission of all necessary documentation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship management, grants writing & management, or a related role.

Skills:

Proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships, sponsorships, and grants.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using PM software and other relevant tools.
Demonstrated experience in writing successful grant proposals.
