Wema Bank is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing support to various departments within the organization.
This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
Assist with researching and compiling information for reports and presentations
Communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Help with organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
