System Analyst Developer

Key Responsibilities: 


Design, develop, and implement **APIs & application modules** for OSS/BSS systems. 
Perform **system testing, troubleshooting, and support** for seamless operations. 
Work with cross-functional teams (Billing, Operations, Product) to enhance and maintain applications. 
Analyze data, develop reports (**T-SQL**), and ensure system integrations run smoothly. 
Prepare technical documentation (**Functional Specs, Design Docs**) and project reports. 


We’re Looking For: 


Bachelor’s Degree (2.1/Upper Credit) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Perl, Linux, Postgres, Apache.
Proficiency in PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java (a plus). 
Experience with Telco OSS/BSS (Freeside, FreeRadius – big advantage!). 
Strong skills in JavaScript (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs. 
Knowledge of version control (Git, Subversion) and multi-platform environments (Linux, Windows). 
Problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and ability to mentor junior engineers.
