We are looking for stellar HR Generalists to join the People and Culture Team! You will be a key driver in championing.
HR initiatives and providing strategic support across various functions.
You will work closely with leadership to enhance employee engagement, and talent development, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Job Details
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for assigned departments.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Interview, and assess candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Work with managers to develop and execute performance improvement plans.
Ensure HR practices align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.

Functional/Technical:
5-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven capacity to adapt to changes, pivot quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.
Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR practices.
