The Talent Outsourcing Officer at Wootlab Innovations will play a pivotal role in managing our outsourcing operations, with a focus on cultivating and deploying top-tier technology talent to meet the needs of both local and international markets.
Talent Management: Develop strategies to recruit, train, and manage outsourced personnel according to project requirements and quality standards.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities to expand client engagements.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day activities of the talent outsourcing division, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators for outsourced projects to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison among outsourced personnel, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in talent management or human resources, with a specific focus on outsourcing in the technology sector.
Proven track record in managing large teams and complex client relationships.
