Provide client support services in an accurate and timely manner

Build positive and productive relationships with clients

Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.

Ensure all clients have valid contracts and SLAs

Monthly Updates on new additions reconciliation

Provide up to date customer information

Social media management.

Health Enlightenment talks Proposals.

Notices and Reminders on Outstanding Premium

Handle/ Resolve Client/ Enrolee Complaints

Client Meeting/Courtesy Visitation

Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.

Attend to and resolve all issues from clients promptly

Work in compliance with company policies and procedures

Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts

Utilize effective problem-solving and time-management skills in client service operations

Provide support in new service offering and enhancement activities

Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities. etc  

REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field

2-5 years work experience

Experience within an HMO industry.

Must be a fast learner and have passion for the job

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel.
