Provide up to date customer information

Notices and Reminders on Outstanding Premium
Handle/ Resolve Client/ Enrolee Complaints
Client Meeting/Courtesy Visitation
Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
Attend to and resolve all issues from clients promptly
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts
Utilize effective problem-solving and time-management skills in client service operations
Provide support in new service offering and enhancement activities
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities. etc
REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field
2-5 years work experience
Experience within an HMO industry.
Must be a fast learner and have passion for the job
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel.
