Job Duties
Manage and maintain production equipment according to established protocols and efficiency targets.
Execute scheduled Autonomous Maintenance tasks on machinery.
Maintain thorough records of all operational and maintenance activities.
Work in tandem with Maintenance Technicians to address equipment issues promptly.
Utilize all provided safety gear and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination of products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of an OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least three years of relevant industry experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and extended hours when necessary.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership in their work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
